As early as 1995, Airland established the Airland Sleep Project R&D Center. In 2002, Airland, in collaboration with Professor Zhuo Dahong from the Rehabilitation Science of Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences and the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, founded the first national professional sleep research institution - Airland International Sleep Project Research Institute, providing scientific, reliable, and practical data for the research and development of Airland products.

The Dual-patent Breathable System has 8,000 air holes to allow smoother air circulation within the mattress. The Dual-Spring Support System, a specialized sleep support system used in five-star hotels, provides double interference resistance and an edge reinforcement system of five-star quality sleep experience. The edge reinforcement system strengthens the mattress edges to avoid edge collapse. Z-type support springs are added to enhance the mattress's surface.
Over 100 professional tests for material selection
Located in Huizhou, Guangdong, the Airland Testing Center covers 600 square meters and is equipped with more than 50 advanced testing instruments. The Center conducts over 100 professional tests, including physical, chemical, and mechanical tests. Every raw material used in Airland products is strictly screened here. Airland's standard is to always be higher than industry requirements or even its own material specifications.
